The  Cabin:
The House is a charming cottage for up to five people. Located just north of downtown Long Beach, its easy walking distance to the beach, or shopping. WiFi enabled Smart TV with Blu-Ray & DVD for your evenings, or curl up with a good book in the cozy living room – this home has a wonderful cozy feeling.
This cabin makes for a very clean and affordable weekend getaway. Enjoy a picnic in the front yard or take it to the beach only three short blocks away.
Internet and Washer/dryer are available onsite.

Rates:
Peak Season (May 1st to September 30th): $125/night, with a $200 minimum (2 nights).
Off-Peak Season (Between October 1st to April 30th): $100/night, with a $150 minimum (2 nights).

Cancellation Policy:
Two weeks or more from reservation date – no cancellation fee Between one and two weeks of reservation date, $20 per reserved night cancellation fee Less than a week, or no cancellation notice: full rental charge for all nights previously reserved.
